By accessing and using Newslytter ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the Service.
Newslytter uses YouTube API Services. By using Newslytter, you also agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
2. Description of Service
Newslytter provides AI-powered summaries of YouTube content through:
- Daily email digests of video summaries
- Customizable summary formats
- Multi-language support
3. User Accounts
You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the confidentiality of your account
- All activities that occur under your account
- Notifying us of any unauthorized use
4. Service Rules
You agree not to:
- Use the service for any illegal purposes
- Share your account credentials
- Attempt to bypass any limitations
- Interfere with the proper working of the service
5. Intellectual Property
The Service and its original content (excluding YouTube content) are and will remain the exclusive property of Newslytter and its licensors.
6. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users of the Service, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
7. OAuth Data
If you choose to connect your YouTube or other online accounts (“OAuth Data”), you authorize Newslytter to access and use the relevant account information (e.g., channels you are subscribed to or own) solely for providing the requested summary functionality. We do not store your credentials; we use tokens provided through the OAuth process.
8. Third-Party Integrations
You acknowledge that we use third-party AI providers via API to generate video transcripts and summaries, and that we have no control over the quality, accuracy, or reliability of the results provided. Newslytter acts only as an intermediary to pass information between you and the third-party AI provider; as such, Newslytter does not create, endorse, or guarantee any content generated.
By using this service, you agree that Newslytter disclaims all liability arising from the use of or reliance on any AI-generated content, summaries, or predictions.
